this place is a complete and total RIPOFF!!!!!!. i called in to pay my bill and because i was one day past the 30th day i had to pay 2 months of rent because they do not give the option to pay any past due rent/late fee then they do not allow you to pay online you have to go in person or call and then on top of the 20% late fee for one month they also charge 10 dollars to make a payment over the phone. DO NOT PUT YOU BELONGINGS HERE. because they make it where if you do not pay on time they fine the heck out of you. this place is a total ripoff. and they make it really hard for people struggling in this economy. On a bright note the one and only really nice and sincere employee they have is Mrs.Visa. she really tried to help but corporate will not budge at all.
It was so easy to access my storage unit! The facility is so clean and easy to navigate. I also appreciated the provided dolly and pallet to help me move big items into my unit. All around a 10000/10 experience!
Just rented a storage space and I'm happy to say that it was a breeze thanks to miss visa who was working at the front desk. I must say that she was awsome and friendly and made my visit as comfortable as comfortable gets. Thanks to her and the facility as a whole, I will be referring all of my friends to storage sense. And just as a side note, miss visa just hooked me up with an on site penske moving truck as well. I don't think anyone can get better service from anywhere else. Thanks miss visa your company is lucky to have you.
